We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 365 days from the date of purchase to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused or partially used with original packaging (for consumables, we accept returns even if opened).

  • Accompanied by a proof of purchase or order confirmation.

To start your return, please contact our support team at info@regensil.com. Please include your order number and reason for the return.

Refunds

Refunds are limited to a maximum of 1 tubs per household.

Any additional tubs beyond this limit must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging intact.

Refunds for these additional tubs are subject to inspection upon receipt and may be refused if the items are not returned in acceptable condition.

Return shipping costs for items beyond the 1-tub refund limit are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund where applicable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are limited to 1 tubs per household regardless of order size or number of orders placed.

  • Returns beyond the 1-tub limit must be unused, in original condition, and are subject to inspection.

  • Return shipping charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
